Our e-shop reserves the right of refusal of the orders fulfillment after providing the customer the relevant reasons.

The prices that appear in the e-shop  exclusively concern online orders. Purchases from our retails stores are subjected to the pricing policy of the retails stores.

The company Afil is responsible for the validity of the content concerning the sold items.  In any case, the delivery time of the orders depends on the availability of the products. Afil company will contact you to inform about the delivery time.

Changes - Returns 

In all cases you wish to change or return a product which you purchased by phone or online, you're kindly requested to inform us within seven (7) days (starting from the day the product was received), by completing the relevant form on our website's front page (www.afil.gr) and sending us email to info@afil.gr by providing us the reason of the return or replacement and by completing your contact details.

Attention: Every product change takes place only with a product of the same season,as well as the products with discount can be changed with other discounted products.

In returns, the customer is charged the shipping costs as he sends them to our company with a trial of his choice transport company.

Also deducted from the value of the product when refunding the shipping costs of his order, as well as cash on delivery costs if he has paid his order by cash on delivery regardless of whether the shipping costs were free for orders over 30 euros. This offer of free shipping costs will be void if there is a refund.

Shipping in Greece

The shipping of orders over 50 euros will be relieved of any delivery costs. The shipping of the products takes place with the courier company ELTA. The company AFIL reserves the right to use another courier company. Delivery times may change in cases of severe weather conditions, strikes or any other case of force majeure, which may affect the couriers ' work. In case that a product is not directly available, an information from the orders' department about the estimated delivery time will follow.
